Description

Lead the development and deployment of cloud-native Java applications within an AWS ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain REST and SOAP web services using Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks.
• Design and implement serverless architectures using AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Develop thread-safe, concurrent code using established concurrency patterns.
• Deploy and debug cloud-based applications utilizing AWS APIs, CLI, and SDKs.
• Apply TDD practices and maintain high code testability standards using JUnit and Mockito.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, and OOP/SOA principles.
• Deep knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, and Kinesis.
• Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or ActiveMQ.
• Proficiency in web service protocols including JSON, REST, and JAX-RS.
• Strong understanding of AWS architecture best practices.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD development models.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud and Azure environments.
