Description

You will lead Java cloud-native development, owning feature delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and data persistence strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features using Java/J2EE and Spring frameworks.
• Manage data persistence and interactions with enterprise SQL/DBMS systems.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration pipelines using build tools.
• Integrate streaming technologies, specifically Apache Kafka, into the architecture.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional Java development experience (Java/J2EE, Spring).
• 5+ years of experience with build tools, specifically Maven.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with DBMS in an enterprise setting.
• Hands-on experience with streaming technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically GCP or AWS.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with test-driven development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coding in a story-driven, agile environment.
• Experience with financial risk management applications.
