Responsibilities

• Own IT systems and projects within a cloud-based runoff platform.
• Analyze business requirements and technical procedures independently.
• Create detailed technical and business concepts.
• Develop, test, and implement IT systems using modern methods and processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Bus.
• Strong analytical skills regarding processes and structures.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for developers.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of insurance market trends and relevant business processes.
