Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java and COBOL.
• Analyze business requirements to design and implement technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Java and COBOL programming languages.
• Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
• Experience with COBOL development tools.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of professional experience in Java and COBOL development.
