Description

Act as technical lead and architect for core Java development and microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using microservices design patterns.
• Containerize microservices applications using Docker.
• Manage and deploy applications to AWS or OpenStack cloud environments using GitLab.
• Analyze performance issues using JMeter and perform root cause analysis to implement fixes.
• Resolve security vulnerabilities identified by static code analyzers like SonarQube or Veracode.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with AWS services including S3, EC2, SNS, SQS, Step Functions, CloudWatch, IAM, KMS, API Gateway, and Lambda.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Experience using GitLab for build and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to use static code analysis tools to remediate vulnerabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any field.
