Description

You will develop and maintain stable, scalable technical solutions for the Strategic Client Reporting team, focusing on enterprise server-side applications and database integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test hands-on code to meet project delivery requirements.
• Ensure system architecture and integration design align with platform strategies.
• Mentor other software developers on technical practices and best practices.
• Collaborate with the team and IT partners to deliver projects in an Agile Model.
• Acquire deep knowledge of financial products and processes to find optimal solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building enterprise server-side applications using Java/J2EE.
• Extensive experience with the Spring framework.
• Strong experience with Relational Databases (RDDBMS) and excellent SQL skills (joins, subqueries, indexing, performance tuning).
• JVM fundamentals (memory, GC basics, performance tuning) and understanding of Multithreading & Concurrency.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
• Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix Shell scripting and log analysis.
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Preferred Skills

• Snowflake or cloud data warehouse experience.
• Exposure to containerization like Docker or Kubernetes.
