Responsibilities

• Lead companywide technology initiatives and define engineering standards.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document complex projects using Java and Spring Boot.
• Analyze large-scale solutions to address strategic business objectives.
• Mentor developers and lead project teams to meet deliverables.
• Collaborate with product teams and technical experts to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot microservices.
• Proficiency in building Spring APIs.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with Kafka streaming and connectors.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud and Kubernetes platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API gateway platforms such as Apigee.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead developer role with mentoring responsibilities.
