Description

You will develop, enhance, and maintain software applications supporting business units, while leading technical teams and providing architectural guidance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and debug significant application components in adherence to architecture standards.
• Perform code reviews and drive continuous integration and deployment activities within a DevOps culture.
• Coordinate offshore and onshore tasks to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Provide technical direction and system architecture guidance for individual initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Experience leading technical teams and providing technical direction.
• Proficiency with IBM MQ and Kafka for messaging.
• Strong experience with Oracle databases.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with design, development, and testing of software applications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Payments domain.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and containerization tools.
