Description

You will design and develop scalable, highly available distributed systems using Java.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Optimize application performance through design and coding best practices.
• Implement core data structures and algorithms to solve complex technical problems.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks within the product.
• Collaborate with global teams and interface with senior leadership to address customer issues.

Required Skills

• 7 to 15 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, software design patterns, and coding principles.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with databases including Oracle MySQL, Sybase, and PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in core data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in agile software development environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical communication skills.
• Ability to work with global teams across different time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceMesh, Containers, and Kubernetes.
• Experience building cloud-based software using AWS or Azure native services.
• Background in leveraging open-source technology and frameworks.
