Description

You will build and maintain backend services using Java, owning the full development lifecycle from feature implementation to testing and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop features using Java and apply standard design patterns.
• Implement message production, consumption, and broker configuration using Kafka.
• Design and build data persistence layers interacting with SQL and NoSQL stores.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the application stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency with the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Data.
• Expertise in Kafka, covering message handling and broker management.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically DB2 and MongoDB.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.
• Solid understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging patterns.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.
