Description

You will build and maintain scalable Java applications in an Agile banking environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable solutions using Microservices architecture.
• Lead IT deliverables and communicate technical status to stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning and stand-ups.
• Design databases and optimize SQL/PL/SQL queries.
• Develop user interfaces using Angular.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java 1.8 or higher.
• Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture design.
• Experience with Java EE and Web Services (REST, SOAP, MQ, Tomcat).
• Expertise in database design, SQL, and PL/SQL tuning.
• Experience developing user interfaces using Angular.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of design patterns and their practical application.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and scripting languages.
• Exposure to JIRA or other ALM tools.
