Description

You will provide L3 application support and development using Java and Angular.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, diagnose, and analyze L3 application incidents to provide temporary or permanent root-cause solutions.
  • Cooperate with client groups to resolve application issues and handle job abends.
  • Document incident resolutions within Incident, Change, and Problem Management systems.
  • Provide status reports for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents every 60 minutes until resolution.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Java technologies.
  • Proficiency in Angular and Web Services.
  • Strong experience with Hibernate and Struts.
  • Expertise in SQL Server 2012 and general database knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL.
  • Experience using source safe applications such as MKS.
  • Ability to provide production support for Java-based applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Experience in Wealth Management.
