You will provide L3 application support and development using Java and Angular.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose, and analyze L3 application incidents to provide temporary or permanent root-cause solutions.
- Cooperate with client groups to resolve application issues and handle job abends.
- Document incident resolutions within Incident, Change, and Problem Management systems.
- Provide status reports for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents every 60 minutes until resolution.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Java technologies.
- Proficiency in Angular and Web Services.
- Strong experience with Hibernate and Struts.
- Expertise in SQL Server 2012 and general database knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with SQL.
- Experience using source safe applications such as MKS.
- Ability to provide production support for Java-based applications.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ServiceNow.
- Experience in Wealth Management.
