Description

Lead a technical scrum team to design, implement, and maintain scalable web and mobile application architectures. You will transform business requirements into robust application designs and determine the feasibility of front-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts within the scrum team to ensure high-quality delivery through clean pipelines and 90%+ test coverage.
• Mentor teammates to elevate engineering standards and stay ahead of technology evolution.
• Perform production issue triage, management, and prevention to ensure system stability.
• Conduct UI design reviews, manage technical debt, and implement performance and reliability initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with expertise in OOD, implementation, and design patterns (MVC, Singleton, Facade, Factory, MVVM).
• Extensive experience implementing REST APIs via microservices.
• Proficiency with Java Platform, J2EE, JDBC, Hibernate, JBOSS, Apache, and Tomcat.
• 2-3 years of experience with cloud technologies including OpenShift, Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS.
• Strong experience with GIT, Oracle, UML, JUnit, Mockito, and Wire Mock.
• Solid understanding of application security including OAuth, JWT, and Spring Security.
• 2+ years of experience with Angular JS and unit testing frameworks like Jasmine or Protractor.
• Hands-on UI development using responsive design and Bootstrap or Foundation frameworks.
• Experience with Apigee gateway platform and database design/implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with backend languages such as Python, Node.js, or Golang.
• Expertise in frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js.
