Description

You will develop and maintain the Liferay Portal application using Java.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop software functions focusing on Java and the Liferay Portal application.
• Create detailed design specifications for programming and implementation based on business needs.
• Participate in application design sessions, proposing and documenting technical alternatives.
• Implement new system software or modifications to existing software while writing and executing unit tests.
• Maintain application builds, deployments, and assist with application configuration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expert knowledge of Java 8 and above.
• Experience with Liferay Portal DXP 7.2 and above.
• Proficiency in Git, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to perform peer reviews to ensure adherence to implementation standards.
