Responsibilities

• Lead modernization efforts for the Offender Information Management System.
• Develop and maintain specialized business applications.
• Support complex system architectures through application development services.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of consulting experience.
• 1 year of Java development.
• 1 year of JSP and Servlet.
• 1 year of SQL Server.
• 1 year of XML and HTML.
• 1 year of Enterprise Java Beans (EJB).
• 1 year of Struts2.
• 1 year of NetBeans IDE.
• 1 year of GitHub.
• 1 year of Azure Data Studio.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in highly complex systems.
• Experience with SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Proficiency with Jira.
