Description

You will lead modernization efforts for the Offender Information Management System and develop specialized business applications for the Board of Pardons and Paroles.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of the Offender Information Management System.
• Develop and maintain specialized business applications.
• Support complex system architectures through application development.
• Write and maintain JSP, Servlets, and enterprise Java components.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of consulting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java development.
• Experience with JSP and Servlets.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server.
• Proficiency in XML and HTML.
• Experience with Enterprise Java Beans (EJB).
• Familiarity with Struts2 framework.
• Experience using NetBeans IDE.
• Proficient with GitHub for version control.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in highly complex systems.
• Experience with SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA) and SSMS.
• Proficiency with Jira.
