Description

Build and maintain scalable Java services and event-driven architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices and RESTful APIs using Java.
• Design and implement event streaming schemas with Apache Kafka and Avro.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and queries in Splunk.
• Write integration tests using Cucumber and practice Test-Driven Development.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Git.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience with strong Java focus.
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, Git, and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk for logging and monitoring.
• Practical use of AI tools including GitHub Copilot and Agentic workflows.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
