Description

You will design, build, and maintain REST API services and scalable architecture solutions for customer-facing web and mobile applications. You own the full software development lifecycle within an Agile environment, from sprint planning to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, fault-tolerant backend systems using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Tomcat to handle large volume datasets.
• Implement microservice design patterns and build data communication pipelines using Kafka.
• Write and maintain unit and automation test frameworks using Selenium, Mockito, JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, and Chai to achieve comprehensive code coverage.
• Perform load testing and performance measurement using JMeter to ensure system reliability.
• Troubleshoot defects, manage bug fixes, and coordinate work using Git and JIRA while integrating CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java language fundamentals, including Collections and Data Structures.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Framework, Hibernate, and REST API service development.
• Experience with Tomcat server management and deployment.
• Knowledge of Microservice design patterns and Java design patterns.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools: Selenium, Mockito, JUnit, TestNG, Mocha, and Chai.
• Experience with Kafka for asynchronous data communication.
• Familiarity with JMeter for load testing and performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Git version control and Jenkins for CI/CD environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
