Description

You will own the development of scalable, high-resiliency microservices systems. You write and maintain high-quality code, design RESTful APIs, and manage data persistence layers.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain high-quality code using Java and the Spring Framework.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services.
• Develop and manage data persistence layers using SQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.
• Build and deploy microservices following established design patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues within the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 8 to 15 years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in MongoDB, Oracle, or other Relational/NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Microservices architecture and designing high-resiliency systems.
• Experience with UI toolsets including Core JavaScript, Angular 11+, React, CSS, and HTML.
• Knowledge of Node.js and JSON.
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Apache Hadoop, HBase, Spark, Hive, or Snowflake.
• Hands-on use of SDLC tools including Maven, Jenkins, and Git.
• Testing experience with JUnit, Selenium, Mockito, or Cucumber.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with workflow orchestration.
