Description

Develop trading applications and support technical initiatives including data migration and application enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy microservices using Java or Python.
• Design and implement asynchronous workflows using SQS and SNS.
• Debug complex code and manage application architecture and design.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders on the trading floor to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Manage application decommissioning and the creation of new service architectures.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional programming experience.
• Proficiency in Java 11+ and Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS technologies including SNS, SQS, ECS, and Lambda.
• Experience building microservices and containerized applications.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing and debugging complex queries and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of NoSQL database technologies.
• Experience managing GitLab CI pipelines and ensuring unit test coverage.
• Bachelor's degree.
