Description

You will build and maintain backend services for an HR application automating performance management with GenAI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Spring Boot microservices.
• Design scalable RESTful APIs for GenAI integrations.
• Manage performance data storage and retrieval using MongoDB.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate GenAI models.
• Optimize backend architecture for performance and scalability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Extensive experience building RESTful APIs.
• Advanced knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to GenAI solutions.
