Description

You will own the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect distributed, microservices-based solutions.
• Develop business-critical features end-to-end in collaboration with product and DevOps teams.
• Apply fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to build performant systems.
• Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews to enforce engineering best practices.
• Lead efforts to modernize and optimize existing systems for scalability and fault tolerance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in backend system development.
• Expert proficiency in Java (version 8 or above).
• Experience with Spring Boot and building RESTful APIs.
• Proven ability to implement microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with message queuing systems like RabbitMQ.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous processing and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with building and optimizing distributed systems.
