Description

Develop and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Own the full lifecycle from API design to deployment in Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices with advanced Java and Spring Boot.
• Containerize applications and manage deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Write and maintain unit and automated tests using JUnit, Cucumber, and BDD practices.
• Manage version control with Git-based systems (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Configure build pipelines using Maven or Gradle and handle data formats like JSON, YAML, and XML.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience developing in Java with Spring Boot.
• Advanced knowledge of API development and microservices architecture.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Proficiency with Helm for Kubernetes package management.
• Working knowledge of SSL and TCP/IP networking protocols.
• Experience with JUnit, Cucumber, and BDD testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
