Description

Design and maintain containerized Spring Boot microservices and Java applications, owning the full lifecycle from development to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build microservices APIs adhering to REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and Async API standards.
• Implement event-driven systems using Kafka for message-based communication.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub, and handle release management via ServiceNow.
• Write unit tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Microservices architecture.
• Practical experience with Jenkins, Maven, ServiceNow, and GitHub.
• Knowledge of Node, Python, and Go.
• Familiarity with API standards including Open API/Swagger, JDBC, and JSON.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with cloud Kubernetes services (AKS, EKS, GKE).
