Description

You will develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot, designing REST APIs and microservices. You will own the full lifecycle from design and coding to testing, debugging, and deployment, collaborating with QA and DevOps teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate with SQL databases.
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices-based solutions.
• Write clean, reusable code and perform unit testing with JUnit.
• Manage dependencies with Maven, version control with Git, and containerization with Docker.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in development and production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java programming.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Maven, Git, and JUnit.
• Basic understanding of Docker and containerized applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms or CI/CD practices.
