You will build and maintain core components for trading platforms, focusing on FIX Protocol integration and real-time system performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FIX Protocol-based solutions for trading systems.
• Design and optimize financial systems in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for real-time trading environments.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient Java code.
• Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Expertise in FIX Protocol (Financial Information eXchange).
• Strong understanding of financial systems and trading platforms.
• Solid experience building scalable and high-performance systems.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
