You will lead a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality, scalable enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to ensure timely delivery and code quality.
• Design and maintain scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with product managers and QA to resolve technical challenges and deploy applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Proficiency in Java SE, Java EE, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and build tools (Maven or Gradle).
• Experience developing environments such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
• Understanding of security protocols (SSL/TLS, OAuth).
