Description

You will lead a team of Java developers to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications while mentoring engineers and enforcing code quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to ensure timely, high-quality software delivery.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient Java-based solutions using microservices architecture.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Collaborate with product managers and QA teams to resolve technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Proficiency in Java SE and Java EE.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with development environments such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse.
• Database knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization platforms like Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
