Description

You will design and build scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot, managing event-driven workflows with Apache Kafka and deploying infrastructure on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and Hibernate ORM.
• Implement event-driven architectures leveraging Apache Kafka for asynchronous messaging.
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage deployments on AWS EKS.
• Utilize AWS managed services including Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, and API Gateway.
• Automate continuous delivery pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and Bitbucket.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and building microservices.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven application design.
• Knowledge of Hibernate ORM, JDBC, and connection pooling.
• Familiarity with AWS services: EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, EC2, S3, and IAM.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub, and Bitbucket.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with Artifactory and CloudWatch monitoring.
