Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust, maintainable, and scalable applications using Java (8+).
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate on technical designs, architecture, and best practices.
• Write automated tests for unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards.
• Work with databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB for data management.
• Contribute to continuous integration/delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins or TeamCity.
• Support containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to foster growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with full-stack development, MVC frameworks, and REST API design.
• Familiarity with Kafka or messaging systems.
• Experience in test automation and continuous integration.
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Oracle, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C# and other full-stack technologies.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS or Azure).
• Knowledge of security best practices for APIs and data handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in Java, microservices, or DevOps are a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable applications in complex environments
