Description

You will build and maintain high-throughput, scalable API services targeting millisecond response times.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build API services using Spring Boot Reactive.
• Implement backend infrastructure patterns including caching, rate limiting, authentication, and authorization.
• Develop services optimized for low-latency performance.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver reliable solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Advanced Java (V17 and V21) and multithreading.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and building REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS services: API Gateway, SQS, EC2, S3, and Lambda.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres, NoSQL, and Redis.
• Familiarity with Kafka for data streaming.
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Understanding of microservices design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-concurrency reactive programming.
