Description

Design and develop enterprise-level, high-volume web application platforms using Java and JEE technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based components and interfaces.
• Write clean, stable, unit-tested code and create technical documentation.
• Participate in design discussions and solutioning sessions with product management and development teams.
• Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) practices and software quality measurement tools.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and SRE teams to ensure a stable development environment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java technologies, systems analysis, and OO design.
• 4+ years of experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Gradle, and Microservices Architecture.
• Proficiency in Java 1.8, REST, and Spark.
• Experience with NoSQL (Cassandra) or SQL (Oracle).
• Experience using Git, Stash, or Jenkins for build and deployment.
• Strong programming, coding, and debugging skills.
• Ability to detect and correct memory usage issues and optimize code for performance.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-commerce or retail projects.
