Description

You will develop, debug, and maintain customer-centric software services in Java/Spring Boot, focusing on US healthcare applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, debug, and implement corrective code changes for complex support tickets and root cause analysis.
• Optimize backend components for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in R&D, proof of concepts, prototyping, and code reviews.
• Support production operations, including escalations, and ensure services meet operational and security non-functional requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, JDK, multithreading, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience building and maintaining backend services with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis for complex production issues.
• Experience with server integration (Tomcat/WebLogic), relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL), and messaging (JMS MQ / Artemis MQ).

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to frontend debugging (ReactJS) and .Net.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and AWS for scalable deployments.
• Familiarity with US healthcare domain (HRP applications, Claims, Enrollment, Billing) and ticketing workflows (Jira, Salesforce).
