Description

Develop scalable, high-resiliency systems using Java and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Design and implement data persistence layers using Oracle or other relational databases.
• Develop scalable workflows within a microservices architecture.
• Execute testing strategies using JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Participate in the full SDLC using Maven, Jenkins, and Git.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building RESTful services.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and building high-resiliency systems.
• Proficiency with SDLC tools including Maven, Jenkins, and Git.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big Data technologies like Apache Hadoop, HBase, Spark, Hive, or Snowflake.
• Experience with Angular.
• Background in the securities or financial services industry.
