Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Kafka. Manage Oracle databases to ensure data integrity and optimize system performance. Implement and integrate solutions following software development best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain distributed systems using Java.
• Implement event-driven architectures with Kafka.
• Optimize Oracle database queries for performance.
• Deploy and manage containers using Kubernetes.
• Integrate caching mechanisms such as Redis or Memcached.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, including streaming.
• Deep understanding of Oracle databases and query optimization.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with caching mechanisms such as Redis or Memcached.
• Background working in the Capital Markets sector on financial systems or trading platforms.
• Ability to build scalable distributed systems.
