Description

You will own backend execution for investment applications, including portfolio management, trading, and research systems across equity, fixed income, and multi-asset classes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute backend development for core investment systems.
• Implement microservices and server-side logic.
• Maintain and update existing Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with architects to translate designs into functional code.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in core Java and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Strong SQL skills for database management.
• Experience with REST APIs and REST services.
• Knowledge of JMS, EJBs, and Swing.
• Experience in the asset management industry.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of JavaScript and Angular 8+.
