Description

You will develop and migrate on-prem applications to AWS while contributing to platform architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and source code.
• Create unit test cases and support functional and system integration testing.
• Deploy applications and provide production support.
• Adhere to development schedules and contribute to scalable platform architecture decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience in Java/J2EE technologies.
• Proficiency with Spring and Spring MVC frameworks.
• Experience with ORM frameworks such as myBatis or Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2) with complex query optimization skills.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, DocumentDB, MongoDB).
• Implementation of RESTful web services and knowledge of XML, JSON, and AJAX.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Maven.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-threading using the Java Executor framework.
• Proficiency in core Java, JavaScript, JSP, CSS, HTML, and jQuery.
