Description

You will build and maintain enterprise-grade backend systems and modern frontend interfaces using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop RESTful web services and microservices architectures on AWS using Spring Boot, MVC, Security, Hibernate, and MyBatis.
• Implement frontend features in Angular 14+ with TypeScript, RxJS, and reactive forms, integrating with Spring Boot APIs.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and JVM performance while ensuring web security compliance (OWASP, OAuth2, JWT).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes, deploying applications to JBoss or Tomcat servers.
• Utilize GitHub Copilot in Agent mode and Git for version control and development workflow efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE enterprise development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, including multi-threading, Executor framework, and concurrency patterns.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, and MyBatis.
• Hands-on Angular (v14+) development including component architecture, routing, and integration.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, XML/XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Git.
• Knowledge of SQL design, query optimization, and web application security best practices.

Preferred Skills

• P&C insurance domain experience.
• Performance tuning experience for JVM, database queries, and front-end load.
