Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and the Spring framework in Budapest, Hungary.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in regular code reviews.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and database operations for efficient data management.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and code quality.
• Document technical designs, implementation details, and system architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring framework.
• Experience implementing RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and development best practices.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Experience working within agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
