Description

You will develop and maintain Calypso-based applications supporting trading, risk, and settlement functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Calypso applications for trading, risk, and settlement.
• Implement solutions using Java EE and Spring Framework to meet technical requirements.
• Optimize Calypso workflows, APIs, and integrations for stability and performance.
• Design database schemas, write complex SQL, and create stored procedures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in Java development, including enterprise systems.
• Hands-on experience with Calypso platform development and customizations.
• Strong programming skills in Java EE and Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in database design and SQL development.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and batch scripting (Shell, Perl, or Python).
• Knowledge of financial instruments and trade lifecycle.
• Understanding of software development best practices and SDLC.
• Experience with Java EE, Spring Framework, Python, Shell, Perl, Maven, Jenkins, Aws, Azure.
