Description

You will design, develop, and maintain business process applications using Camunda BPM within a Java ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug Camunda-driven applications, translating complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Migrate legacy jBPM processes and rules to current versions and maintain complex applications throughout the SDLC.
• Design workflow solutions and systems using Camunda BPM within SOA/Microservice architectures.
• Provide consultative guidance on project assignments and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years in Business Process Management (BPM).
• Hands-on design and development experience using Camunda.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE Design Patterns, and Object-Oriented Design.
• Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate.
• Experience with jBPM (Process Automation Manager/Decision Manager) or Camunda.
• Practical experience with Windows, UNIX, or Mainframe platforms.
• Experience working within an Agile software development life cycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BPM tools such as Pegasystems, Bizagi, Appian, or Active Matrix.
• Background working in the financial services industry.
