Description

You will lead the development and enhancement of scalable applications to support large-scale customer operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Develop and deploy scalable applications using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Manage container orchestration and management using Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring and performance optimization via AppDynamics and Datadog.
• Integrate and maintain Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Lead Java Developer or similar role.
• Expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8S) for container orchestration.
• Proficiency in AppDynamics (ApPD) and Datadog for performance monitoring.
• Proven ability to develop and deploy applications at scale.
• Experience supporting customer operations and support applications.
• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.
