Description

You will build and maintain enterprise web applications in the financial services domain.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and test complex multi-tier systems using Spring, Spring Data, and Hibernate on the backend and AngularJS on the frontend.
• Perform code reviews and identify, coordinate, and execute technical debt removal.
• Develop and consume web services using SOAP or REST.
• Work independently within an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and testing enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on Java experience including analysis, design, and testing.
• 3+ years with Spring framework modules, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Test, Spring RESTful services, Transaction Management, and Spring Annotations.
• 3+ years with JPA, Hibernate, and developing complex queries using native or HQL.
• 3+ years of relational database experience with a solid understanding of SQL and modeling concepts.
• 3+ years using SVN, Maven, Jenkins, and Sonar.
• 3+ years with JavaScript tools including NodeJS, NPM, Jasmine, Karma, and Grunt.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript functional programming, object-oriented techniques, and modern front-end standards.

Preferred Skills

• Web UI development experience using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, or AngularJS.
