Description

You will develop and maintain Electronic Trading applications for the Fixed Income market, focusing on Corporate Bond structures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain low-latency Java solutions for Corporate Bond (HY or IG) electronic trading systems.
• Implement messaging protocols using JMS and manage data persistence with Oracle or Postgres databases.
• Optimize application performance through code tuning and distributed memory fabric management.
• Write and maintain Linux scripts for system automation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Java coding, tuning, and low-latency implementation.
• Hands-on experience with JMS (Messaging).
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP or UDP/IP Multicast implementations.
• Proficiency with Oracle or Postgres databases and SQL.
• Experience with Linux scripting.
• Domain knowledge of Corporate Bond (HY or IG) electronic trading market structures.
• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC at least 3 days per week.
