Description

You will develop and maintain critical business applications using Java/J2EE technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop web services using SOAP, REST, and EJB.
• Troubleshoot pre- and post-implementation issues and handle failure recoveries.
• Write SQL statements, triggers, and stored procedures for Oracle, SQL Server, and Cassandra.
• Manage application scheduling and shell scripting on Linux/AIX.
• Direct activities for globally distributed teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies.
• 5+ years of development experience in Core Java and J2EE Web services (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JNDI, XML, WSDL, SOAP, REST, EJB).
• Experience with Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Log4J, and SLF4J.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Experience with scheduling tools like AutoSys and IBM MQ Series.
• Ability to write shell scripts on Linux or AIX.
• Proficiency with Eclipse or IBM RAD IDEs.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and Cassandra databases.
• Knowledge of Agile/Lean SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of Computer Science or any graduate degree.
