Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices applications, ensuring system scalability and reliability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and hands-on development of Java/J2EE microservices.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka or message queues.
• Conduct code reviews, guide other developers, and enforce best practices.
• Debug, tune performance, and ensure system security.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka/MQ (producer, consumer, streams, error handling).
• Strong experience with MongoDB, including data modeling and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Design Patterns and system design principles.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
