You will lead the design, development, and deployment of Java applications, mentoring technical teams and owning scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams in designing and developing Java applications using Spring Boot.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and system architecture.
• Conduct code reviews and identify technical risks to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize application efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java programming and object-oriented principles.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying microservices with Spring Boot.
• In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, including schema design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
• Strong problem-solving skills within an agile environment.
• Experience with design patterns and technical leadership.
