Description

Design, develop, and maintain microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot to support web and mobile applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expose RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes.
• Integrate with messaging queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing.
• Implement API security practices including OAuth2, JWT, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java (8/11/17+).
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices design principles.
• Hands-on experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and Agile/Scrum environments.
