Description

You will design and develop enterprise-grade, high-volume web application platforms using Java and JEE technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based components and interfaces.
• Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to Java development teams.
• Participate in solution design sessions with product management and software development teams.
• Collaborate with investment teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Apply Test Driven Development practices and software quality measurement tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and JEE platform technologies.
• Experience with Equity, Equity Derivatives, and Prime Finance business logic from a pricing or risk management perspective.
• Experience with grid-computing technologies such as DataSynapse or Symphony.
• Ability to design and support high-volume web application platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of DataSynapse and Symphony for distributed computing.
