Description

Develop and maintain backend services using Java and distributed systems architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy microservices using Java 8 and Java 11.
• Design and implement REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Manage data across relational and non-relational databases.
• Operate within an Agile Scrum environment to deliver software.
• Lead modules and manage technical implementations independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 8, Java 11, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Experience with REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency in AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, IAM) with at least 50% hands-on work.
• Experience with Kafka, MSK, SQS, and Terraform.
• Database expertise in MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.

Preferred Skills

• Module lead experience.
• AWS certification.
• Experience with ORM tools like JPA or Hibernate.
